Developed and designed by the Kleindienst Group in Dubai, the Floating Seahorses will offer investors floor to ceiling windows, gloriously uninterrupted sea views, a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, open-plan living area and sun deck, according to OPP Today. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower level and will enjoy unparalleled underwater views of an artificial coral reef designed to be a safe haven for the endangered seahorse species to live and breed.
The Floating Seahorses’ upper deck offers the chance for alfresco dining and relaxation in the sun. According to Designboom, it contains an informal bed, minibar, kitchenette and glass-bottomed Jacuzzi.
